So you’d like to become a certified Yellow Belt (CLSSYB)? Join us on this interactive learning journey though the problem solving cycle of Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve and Control (DMAIC). Your knowledge builds in a step wise fashion, as you work in a team to resolve a process problem.  Your tutor will support and  encourage you throughout the learning journey.

Join us on this learning journey through Toyota 8-step A3 problem solving. You will discover how to identify the 7 wastes, analyse process problems and problem solve in a structured way. The Toyota 8-step problem solving process is highly interactive and collaborative in nature. The objective is to enable the problem solver and team to ‘find a problem, fix a problem and prevent a problem from coming back’.  Candidates who complete the assignments and a small A3 team project will receive a Lean Practitioner Level 1 certification.

For those who need green belt powers with a bit of added ummph, this CLSSGB is for you. The course is designed for technical personnel and advanced process analysts. Included is the standard traditional 5 day green belt curriculum, plus more advanced analysis tools such as Hypothesis Testing and Design or Experiments (DOE). The software application used is Minitab.

Interested in using Minitab more effectively for process analysis and decision making? Then this course is for you. The content ranges from data types and data collection, through data graphing to descriptive statistics, statistical process control and process capability analysis.

The course is paced to meet the needs of beginner to intermediate data analysis practitioners. It is facilitated using Minitab software.
